Bob Bryant, President

The Watermark Group was founded by Bob Bryant in 1995. Bob’s experience in the printing industry spans over 30 years. In that time, Bob has developed his talents and increased his knowledge in every aspect of printing, from the mechanics of the press to the highly complex digital environment.

In 1981, Bob co-founded Clear Visions and grew this endeavor into one of the largest commercial printers in the state. Sensing a shift in the industry from the larger, more cumbersome presses to the faster, streamlined presses, Bob developed a versatile equipment strategy for The Watermark Group…one that more easily adapts to the constantly changing challenges that clients face for their collateral.

Craig Tharp, Operations Manager

Craig’s background is a complement to Bob’s as his expertise is in print buying. Craig was the print buyer and production manager for Montemayor y Associados for 8 years. During his tenure there, Craig worked with national clients, such as Chrysler, Corona and others. Craig has enforced our approach to quality with his valuable “agency” perspective. Craig is constantly working both behind the scenes and with the sales associates to ensure that each project is processed attentively and timely.

Jeanne Caliandro, Account Executive

Jeanne’s background in printing services extends over 10 years. Jeanne’s asset to the team is her strong commitment to customer service. Jeanne has handled many highly complex projects to successful completion through her tenacious attention to detail. As our client relationships have grown, Jeanne serves as a bridge between the client’s expectations and accurate production.

Art Snow, Account Executive

With more than 30 years in the printing industry, Art has been an influential part in Watermark’s success. Art has been involved in all aspects of the printing process and is focused on customer relations and client retention.

Adolph Guerra, Production Manager

Graphic Arts/Print Shop at Brackenridge High School was an outstanding vocational program taken by Adolph at the age of 17. Since then he has worked in virtually every area of our industry. In the last ten years, he has been “hands on” with the latest equipment and technology. Adolph has been on board since March 2000 and now as Production Manager, oversees four departments – planning, pre-press, production, and bindery. He has a thorough understanding of team play, the nuances of printing, and the experience to coordinate our customer’s projects from planning through production.

Michelle Menchaca, PrePress Manager

Heading up our Prepress department is someone with a detailed background in an ever changing field of Digital Artwork. With many years of experience, Michelle is always on the cutting edge in learning and researching the latest software and preflight techniques.

Martin Lopez, Press Manager

Martin brings his 25 plus years of experience in all aspects of our industry to The Watermark Group. Working together with Adolph and Michelle he completes an Experienced and committed Management team willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Lea Littlefield, Customer Service Specialist

Lea has an overall knowledge of all jobs in-house. She assists in the coordination of projects from the time they come in through completion. That background has served her well in her current capacity as an internal liaison between our sales staff and our production team as well as between our clients and our staff.
